During the years because of the growth of the Csiki-Bege Group it was necessary to start a training system. We wanted to be the best and up to date in the market. We were the first company that got the ISO-9001 qualification and we were in leading position in the market with 30 % market share. The education and training had plenty of advantages. Our trainings were hold at outdoor locations and we connected them with team building. Our experience was that our colleagues started to stay longer in the office and did not wait for the end of the shift anymore. It was part of the company culture and it was our target as well that everybody should work in a position where he or she could think about his or her job as a hobby.

I had been invited to the University of Economy at Budapest regularly. My presentations and the story of our company it is a teaching material today.

As entrepreneur invited in several conferences, trainings I was open to share my experience as entrepreneur.
